With a love jar, you can create moments of happiness and “good vibes” in everyday life. A self-love jar is also a good idea. Find a beautiful glass jar. Cut paper into strips – for 365 messages over the course of the year or 52 for one message per week, for example. Fill with messages. Personal love texts. Quotes that impress us. Words that strengthen, encourage, cheer up, motivate others or ourselves. They can also be time vouchers that brighten up everyday life and help us not to forget to take good care of ourselves. Roll up strips of paper. Seal with washi tape or string. Decorate the jar as you like. Put all the “ingredients” in a jar.
