Activity etiquette

We’re delighted that so many of you are enjoying our diverse activity program. To ensure that all families have the opportunity to participate in their desired activities, we kindly ask for your understanding and mindfulness when making bookings and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy:

• Unexcused No-Shows

  If you do not attend a booked activity without prior cancellation, a fee of €10.00 per person will be charged. This amount will be donated by Familux to a charitable organization.

• Paid activities

  The full program cost will be charged as a no-show fee.

Of course, we understand if you need to cancel due to health or other important reasons. In such cases, please cancel in good time so that we can adjust our plans and offer the spot to other families.

Manual programme registration
When booking manually using the QR code, the data provided (name and room number) will be checked against our guest database. If incorrect data is entered, the registration will be cancelled.
